Our IT security policy tool helps you to create your organisation's own IT security policy, distribute it with your team and receive confirmation of acceptance. This is done in 5 simple steps:
Step 1 - Choose to create a new IT security policy utilising our template or alternatively upload your pre-existing policy.
Step 2 - Configure your IT security policy to your organisation's needs or if you've uploaded your own, confirm that it meets certain security standards.
Step 3 - Confirm your IT policy and send to your team using the platform. We'll send each team member an email with specific instructions on what they need to do and how to accept the policy.
Step 4 - As your team accept the policy, these will be added to your dashboard so you can track who has accepted the policy.
